surgeons question

I am preparing to have surgery in the next 3 months!
But I need to find a surgeon and obviously I would prefer a local one. I'm in seattle area.

I really would appreciate if some of the actual doctors on the forum could weigh in....what am I getting myself into?

Also, i"m thin and have relatively low body fat. Do I still need lipo, or will gland removal be enough?
If gland is removed can I lose fat in breast area just through exercise? I assume surgery without lipo will be cheaper.

And my nipples are a little puffy, do I have to make sure doctor does something with that, or will the problem go away once the gland behind it is removed?
