15 Year old with gyno thinking about surgery

I hate my boobs! they are so huge! My nipples are huge aswell.... I cant go swimming etc and its really annoying! Should I get a surgery, or wait a few years for em to (maybe) dissapear?
I have those gland things that teenagers with gyno have, and I have had this problem since around the age of 12.

Personally I would get the surgery ASAP, if funds allow............. but many doctors love the 'wait and see' approach, but I doubt anything that big is going to shrink on its own..

I'd meet with a surgeon , but your parents will have to give consent for any surgery.
