Rejoice in the fact that with money and the right endocrinologist and/or plastic surgeon, it's very possible it can be corrected.  :)

had the surgery done,now i'm gynecomastia-less

Unlike Jon i dont think its too bad  ???  Could be a lot smaller but definatelly not a "pretty bad case". Intermediate at most i think. Lets see a sideshot if you can please.

Looks like you have mild/moderate gynecomastia.  Unable to determine if it is fat or gland without a physical exam.  You would probably benefit from surgery, but should consider trying to lose weight first.  If it is glandular, it would not hurt to have an endocrinologist do a workup to determine if there is a hormonal problem.

It looks like your case is mostly gland.

I'd say it's moderate.
