19 y/o body fat of gy?

im 19 five foot ten, 200lb, i am overweight but have been working on it

body fat or gy? - lose the weight first and then post some new pics.  Because, to a large degree, it appears to be centered behind the areola, I'll guess a mild case of gyne, but lose the weight and reassess then.
