I still think you look much better than pre op mate. I know you may feel a bit down heartened at the mo but I am sure that with time things will settle down. Again, I don't wish to sound rude, but you look to have gained a few pounds since your pre op pics and once you get back to the gym and shed a bit of the fat, you will be more than happy with the results. Keep your chin up and don't loose faith, I am sure you will be fine.

Also, I actually lost about 10 lbs since pre-op.
