Advice on my gynecomastia. PHOTOS. Should I get surgery?

It's like people crave to have gynecomastia, why I don't understand, I personally have "C" CUP BOOBS, I would kill to have a chest like most of these guys are complaining about!!!  NO I am not getting surgery, my health will not allow it!!!

hes took steroids, without anti estrogens he can feel fat tissue and gland in his sculpted chest. He will have gyne now

once he stops training, his gyne will be very visible. I had a relativley mild case of gyne i certainley didnt have C Cups but it seriously knocked back my confidence for my teenage years. Im not saying he must get surgery im just saying youve got to look at the bigger picture you cant weight train forever and in my opinion he should think about surgery if it is affecting him
