i will do surgery next month. lipo & excision.

Not the worst case, but def not a normal contour of a male chest. Do you have hard gland? Looks mostly fatty tissue to me. Goodluck and DONT rush the healing process! update us with post op pics!

i can feel the hard tissue under my nipple. anyway the surgion said he will remove glands and he will do lipo.
in surgery day. it will be one of my dream day in my life.
