Another classic "is this gyno?" topic

Is this gyno? I know that I am overweight, but I've seen overweight guys without puffy nipples like mine. I read a lot online about this but there are so many different point of views about the subject. Are my puffy nipples proof that I have gyno?

For the record, I have started working out and really watching my diet closely (low fat, low sugars, low gluten)... I want to lose weight, especially to get rid of those ugly nipples!

Yup u have gyno for sure. And also a lot of excess weight.advice first lose weight get a good surgeon in our area n get it removed
