I'm 175 cm and 80kg, I started sporting 3 years ago, since then, my weight remained the same, but i'm more muscluar and slimmer than i used to. What do you think? Is that gyno , or fat only?

Definitely gyne appearance to me.

No way to tell my appearance whether it is fat or breast tissue -- (it is usually a mixture of both) -- but that belies the point.  It is considered gyne when there is excess tissue on a male chest -- no matter what tissue may be present.

Your BMI is 26.1 which by definition is overweight, but how much of this is a global fat issue depends on your body fat percentage. I work with many bodybuilders who have such small component of fat, but a distorted BMI which does not take into consideration how much of that weight is fat vs muscle vs bone. A common complaint for those bodybuilders is that as they build their muscles, what sits on top of the muscles just gets pushed out further.

Fat or gyno is a question asked here frequently that I answered here in much greater detail:

Gynecomastia = female breasts on a male. The tissue will consist of fat, gland and skin. If the contour of the male chest says female, then it is gynecomastia. Weight loss will help with the fat component, but not the gland and you cannot target where the fat comes from.

Hope this helps,

Looks like a mix of both fat and gland. You can get rid of the fat part with diet and exercise, but the gland can only go away by surgery.
