And this weekend imma start my running!

I'm half honduran lol but you can't really tell haha but my dads from there!  If I eat normal i can lose soo much weight but im use to being big cause i played D-line in highschool and college so I heard "EAT AND WORKOUT, EAT AND WORKOUT, EAT AND WORKOUT"  but after I quit I was down to 250 but that shit just didn't look with my massive gyno yah kno so i beefed back up without workin out and you seen the result of that lol.

well it was expensive, but you got rid of the first couple of pounds the easy way   ;)

i'm convinced though that an op has a lot of good potential for confidence to help motivate you for the rest.  stay the course.
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?

Sam,

Doctor is nice and knows wat he's doin.  Has alot of awards or plauqes or watever you want to call them in his office!  Orignal start off price is $4500 but as you know I had alot so it was extra money ($5700) for me.  I expected alot of scaring but Only have 1 on each side which is a suprise cause he said it was gon be be 2 on each side but he told me he likes to make it where it's less scaring (if possible).  The nurses are VERY nice and none made me feel awkard or out of place.  We talked about football and stuff lol (which they knew alot about.)  His office is located in slidell, LA and his name is Dr. Herzak.

Good luck on losin the weight man! I will be tryin to do that also.  i wanna get down to 250lb.  and i don't wanna be under that!  I love being BIG!  Once i get this the fat off my stomache i'll ok!

Just caught up with your thread. Congrats, man. You must be over the moon with your results. I'm coming up on a year anniversary for my surgery - and it has changed my life. Never forget where you came from and use that motivation to get into the best shape of your life, that's what I did and am doing. Congrats!

Thanks man! And yea I'll be at 2 weeks on wed.  I can't wait to start working out and stuff!  Only thing i do is crunches right now (500 a day) and I tried some pushups last night and I did 10 and everyone of them was hard so I'm not quite ready to be doing them yet!  And hopefully I can get my bench back up to 370 atleast!!  I'm soo motivated!!!  I can't wait to start running, chest still hurts when I jump so i don't run or anything yet!!!

Some doctors that are really popular do alot of surgeries and can be booked up for a month so I'd say you should check into it atleast 2 months before summer to be on the safe side and just go from there.
