That one works, thanks.  Even with that picture, it is somewhat hard to tell.  However, it does look like your right areola is coned and puffy.  More pictures from the side and front would help.  I'm no expert, but I would say you have some tissue under the nipples.  Flex your pecs and you will be able to feel what is tissue and what is not.  If it bothers you, I would say that is reason enough to get the surgery.

Will this condition go away with weight loss, or is surgery the ONLY possibility of getting rid of it. As you can see its REALLY bad.

Although you do have a bit of a tummy, i wouldn't class you as overweight i bet if you done your BMI you'd probally be in an average range

It isn't as bad as you think, honestly. Weight loss will make it look better and give you a better final result but you will need surgery. I know the idea's scary but honestly once you've got the money together its a breeze, but getting the cash in these times is a right ball ache unfortunately

Yeah I'm currently on the fast track to weight loss and have been dropping like crazy. I find it horrible, I can't take my shirt off anywhere, it's so embarrassing. Right now I can afford it, I just wasn't too sure if maybe it would go away with fat loss. But I guess once its there, you cant do anything about it. I appreciate the reply, as I haven't been getting much feedback!
