Gyne Surgery results fail?

I just had my surgery last week and while i'm happy with the results, i think i still look "fat" around the breast area. The doctor told me that it's too early and that it will be flat within 3 months. I dont know if he's right... can someone please explain their experience regarding their post op. The doctor said that i had lots of fat and very minor glands- which he had taken out.

My surgery:
Vaser liposuction
2.5 hours longs
2.5 kgs of fat was taken out
2 incisions were made underneath my nipple to take the gland out.
