Chesty, thank you for your compliments about my breasts and bras.  You are right, you are a lot smaller than me, but then so are most women LOL.  I bet you feel sexy when your nipples poke through your tops like little hard erasers; that is a very sexy look.

I will write all about my fitting experience when I get a chance.  I will write in the Acceptance part of the forum because that is how I feel now about having breasts.  Acceptance it too mild a word, maybe Embrace or Proud.  My fitting was a transformative experience both physically and emotionally.  You should get one.  Soma was wonderful.

I will share one small anecdote now.  As I was paying, Elizabeth, my fitter, asked if I wanted her to cut off the tags, so I could wear a bra when I left.  As I was in the fitting room putting on my bra, I was thinking this is MY bra.  I NEED to wear a bra.  I have really big breasts and they look good.  And I look and feel good in a bra.  I am going to wear a bra regularly from now on.

As I stepped out of the fitting room with a smile on my face, Elizabeth also smiled and said "You can't see your toes."  I did not understand, so I said "Excuse me?"  She laughed and said to look down.  "Your breasts are so big, you can't see your toes, can you?  Isn't that something?"

I said "Nope I can't.  And it is something.  Something good."

Busty, funny you would say that about toes.  When I had my bra fitting at Soma, Elizabeth, the fitter, said to me, when I had a bra on under my top, "You can't see your toes."  I did not understand, so she said to look down.  "Can you see your toes?"  I said I could not.  Smiling, she said that is "because you have such big breasts."

You do, SideSet, big beautiful breasts.  What was your fitter's reaction to them, other than the joke about toes?  And was that joke kindly said?

 Elizabeth at Soma was very understanding, supportive, and had wonderful empathy.    She said that, even though my development had gone way past the point of starting to need a bra,  she could understand why I had been slow to take the step.  She said it was a journey  and I should take it slow.

The first bra I put on, she smiled knowingly.  And said she could tell the support must feel good to me.  She said that beside the comfort now, this would help slow sagging later.

She said that she wore a 32 G  bra, and that at 5 feet tall, her bust looked way bigger on her than mine did on my frame.  She said with time she got used to the stares and comments, that I would, too.

 She explained that wearing a bra, my breasts would always look bigger under my tops than going about a braless.  However, even braless, my breasts appeared large and always noticeable. With a bra, they just look like their true size  and higher up on my chest and nicely rounded.   That is a much better look.

I just looked at your pix again.  You look great in a bra.  Much better than braless.  I bet it feels better wearing a bra, also.

I feel and look so much better in a bra that I wish I had started wearing one sooner.

I am amazed by how quickly it has become second nature to automatically put on a bra when now getting dressed. I would not even dream of going out braless any more.

SideSet,  now you are wearing a bra, you sound like you have the same attitude as a woman does towards her breasts and bras.  Do you think that's correct? 

 You said you would not even think about going out braless.  What about hanging around the house and sleeping?

I had been wearing a cami with built in bra shelf, but just got my first leisure bra. I love it. It gives soft support for just hanging around and I have slept in it, also.

I pretty much always wear some sort of bra now. Cannot believe I went braless for so long.
