Hi im 30  , 17st 6ft 1 . Used to be fat but i started working out only 3 weeks ago work out at home . tooo embarrased to go to the gym. and started to do a lot of walking in the last 4 week.This has  affected  my work as i lost my job becuase i wasnt confortable wearing a t-shirt for the summer for a new promotion as work which would have lasted 3 months no way could i have done that  as it made my man boobs look hugh!!!!. Guys if you can have a look i know not the best photo but if you can give me your opinion that would be great if  its fat or gyno.
