Your case is much worse then some of the people that put the pictures of a very flat chest on and ask "how bad is this"? However, it is far from being the worse!

I would say that you do have a case of gynecomastia, how bad is it is more up to how bad does it bother you? There are guys that are your size and smaller that get surgery right away when they find out that, it is the only way to get rid of it! Others, like myself are much bigger and have learned to accept the gyne and live with it. So you can look around the forum and compare pictures and see how you compare in size, but what matters is how does it make you feel.
