I think it's pretty bad. need advice please!

Hi I'm from Mexico I'm 22 years old. need an opinion if surgery is needed or losing some weigth might help, I've been with this condition since I was 14 years old. Please comments and suggestions are more than welcome.

Yes that is moderate gynecomastia.  You could afford to lose a bit of weight, but if you have a lot of glandular tissue, surgery is your only option for fixing it.

I agree with Gynosaur.

If losing weight does not help, you can think about surgery but... I would be interested to see how it looks like after losing some weight at first.
