Lost Weight, is this Gyno or Loose skin?

I lost quite a bit of weight and well I was wondering if this is a combination of loose skin and gyno? I can feel the tissue around my nipple, but I fear that if I get a gyno surgery done, it won't really fix my issue (large breasts).

Yes, surgery would fix this! If you decide to do this be sure to do your homework as far as getting a doctor that specializes in this type of surgeries.

It does look like you have a mild case of gyno, however I would not call what you have "breasts." It looks like you just have naturally good chest genetics with only a small case of gyno that slightly feminizes your contour. It is not loose skin, and surgery would definitely correct the contour issue. In the meantime, be happy you were gifted with naturally larger pecs than most people. Now you just need to work on your arms and shoulders and you'll be set.

No loose skin. Just looks like gyne. Your chest would take real good to the surgery if that's what you decide.
