Your picture quality is poor, Save yourself a HEADACHE, go see your doctor, because he is the only one who can give a diagnoses, on here you'll just get a lot of opinions, not to helpful!

Male Body Fat Distribution is normally first to the chest and belly.  That is just our normal tendency.  A single photo just does not say much.  That is why I prefer my Standard Pictures for Evaluating Gynecomastia. I will use different sets of photos based on if there has been major weight loss or if analyzing patients for revision surgery.
