Your pre op looks similar to mine, your 5 month post op looks alright and ive heard it can take up to a year for swelling and scar tissue to disappear so, give it a few more months

How did u get it free from nhs?

sup m8,

i went to my GP n he said no because its really common, but i went back and really played on the psychological side, sayin i didnt go on holiday with my mates because of the gyne...and  he said based on the phychological side only he would refer me to a specialist...when i went to the hospital..i didn't really have to argue my case as i said it was affecting my day to day life soo much and they said i can have the op.

so basicly lol...just tell them how much its affecting ur confidence

Oh ok, well im three days post op now but had to pay as i was told nhs wouldn't fund it. Im a bit worried as mine seems to have gone back to normal size but that might just be swelling. I hope it goes down cos im hopin to go on holiday with mates in the summer.

~How did you get that done on the NHS??   The NHS messed me about for over a year before I finally gave up and went with an amazing private surgeon.

To be honest I CAN NOT see what you are talking about pre-op, let alone post op!

I think your chest looks fine and is in keeping with the rest of your body - losing a bit of fat and gaining a bit of muscle might help your self-confidence............  I think you would be crazy to spend 3.5-4k on another private operation.

You look fine.... On holiday, on a beach with your top off, no girls are ever going to notice anything strange at all.

kingboob really appreciate the comment m8 , i na i have quite a mild case compared to loads of other people, but it realllly does affect my self confidence.. the doc said i didnt have much breast tissue and its mainly my puffy nipples that affect me the most, but they still offered me the op, maybe i was lucky lol.

also lately, ive bein runnin 5 times a week with a couple of mates and started weights so im gonna give it a couple of months before i make a decision.

also m8, what surgeon did u use and how did the results turn out?

Well, he has a good reputation, but personally I would save the 4.5k...

check out the UK boards for more discussion about various surgeons.

Mild case pre op. Looks better post op. Hopefully, that scar heals up a bit more for you. I wouldn't do any add'l surgery. That's just my opinion.

Mild case indeed, but as you say mate it still effects you.

So whats 4.5k? if its going to rectify a problem that you'd rather not have for the rest of your life ... small price to pay ... money always comes and go's.

Your lucky you had the first op for free ... so your paying for a revision to get rid properly.

BUT then again, even though ive paid 4k for my op, revisions are free of charge lol! so it works out the same!
