*I am about 40lbs over weight; the game plan is to get to ideal weight and get the surgery.

In the right chest area; there are atleast 5 bumps; 1 large and 4 small; I am concerned that it may be cancer...The left chest are has 2 small bumps...

*Ive noticed the more decline press + cable chest work outs that I do; the worse the chest looks;  *should I try DIM? to shrink the breast tissue

it's pretty unlikely to be cancer, many of us make that mistake just because we find something solid (in some cases) and that's what they tell women to worry about. 

looks like gyne to me, and the weight loss is a good preparatory step but be aware it will not cure it.  welcome to the boards.

The 5 bumps; should not be there....

Seems like my hopes of insurance covering it are slim.
