I've had this since i was like 15. i was on medication for a condition i had, Clonidine, which has side effects of gyne, but only 1/1000, but who says i cant be the 1 out of that 1000....  haha
theres no doubt theres fat there.... so ive been going to the gym for almost a month and a half, but i havent seen much inprovement in the chest area.
just looking for opinions is all. all of your comments are very much appreciated

I think it is gyno but could be fat I dont know I am not a dr but I have it to and I hate it 
what I been doing is workign real hard at the gym and all i do is like everythign i got chest I would do inclien everything incline that will build the upper chest and looks more fit my opinion    do this monday chest tuesday biceps wed triceps thursday back friday back

if u do work on chest all the time u wont see impovment cause u need to give it a rest

yeah, i do elliptical for 30-60 minutes, then depending on the day i work my chest. its not everyday, so im not overworking them... but thanks man i appreciate it

Remember, working out your chest will mainly cause your chest to stick out more. If you want to minimize the way they look, you can try ones that only target the upper portion (like the other poster said).

You do seem to have gyne though. One thing my PS told me is the fat that tends to be around the gland is "hormonal fat" or something. Which means it won't really go away with exercise either.

You should get a checkup. With a PS or a GP who has some experience with it. They'll be in a better position to tell you if it definitely is gyne and whether exercise will reduce the fat around the gland.

okay guys all it is its like a natrual herb that can get rid of ur gyno but if its to ibg might not work i been takin this stuff for 3 days and i see diffrence my chest start to look liek chest not pointy so much I will keep u guys updated if it works this will save me so much money on surgery
