Nipples sunk after operation

Hello.

I had a gynecomastia surgery 10 years ago.The glands and some fat were removed.

Attached photos of the result.

I'm worried because the result was not as good as expected. The nipples appear sunken when I raise my arms.

I wonder if there is a solution.

My smart-ass response is, don't raise your arms!

But let's be serious now, holy crap! That isn't good at all!

Was that like that right after the surgery or did it just start now 10 years later? I think you may need to see a good surgeon to do some type of fill to make that look better, but lets hope one of our fine doctors jump in here soon to give their opinion on what can be done.

You have two huge crater deformities which is obviously due to your operation.  It will not get better with time (you have had ten years of waiting!!).

It is never too late, however, and improvement can yet be achieved.  Would suggest you consult with an experienced gyne surgeon.  More than likely you would need reconstruction with fat flaps if there is sufficient adjacent tissue available.  Otherwise, a series of fat grafting operations could bring some improvement.
