Well, I couldn't be happier with my results so far after just 9 days. There's quite a selection of pics that tell the gyne tale here. The most dramatic are easily the leaning over pics and the ones taken from below the nipples. It's night and day.

Also the incision mark around the nipple (only have seen one so far, still have tape on the rest) are near invisible already, amazing!

Thanks JCF, you changed my life!

Here's the link to the entire photobucket album, I know seeing people's pics when I was pre-op was a big help, so hopefully this helps someone too.

Chopemoff, your gyne looks almost identical to what i have...even same chest/body tone.

I am going to book an appointment with fielding in the near future.  May i ask what the price for you was? I am a student and i heard there is a discount for students.

Also did u get lipo done also or just gland excision. I have the same body type and gyne case as u had, do u recommend getting lipo also?

And congratulations man, great looking results! :D

Thanks everyone for the kind words!

MRD, I had lipo and excision done. I believe Fielding uses these two techniques hand in hand as one is beneficial to the other in sculpting. This is the reason I think JCF has such positive and consistent results.

In my case, because I was in fairly good shape I didn't have a lot of chest fat, so I assume lipo was minimal, however also necessary to shape the chest (which he did magnificiently).

He said the size of gland I had was about 4 times larger than what he thought it'd be when he did the exterior measurements on me. It was roughly the size of a hamburger patty! Holy crap!!

Pain was minimal if not non-existent for me post-op and I belive this to be due to the lack of extensive lipo (so get in shape) :)

The price for me was $1925. However I also had him do a scar revision that was a bit complex, so I believe that's where the extra comes in.

From other people's posts on this site I believe Fielding is about $1200 on average, and I've heard as low as $900 for students.

Your best bet is to call the receptionist. She's very friendly and informative and trust me...she handles TONS of gyne inquiries.

After babbling with a few hospital employees JCF is a bit of a "gyne legend" at St. Joe's (and rightfully so =p)

My only advice would be not to hesitate, try and get the surgery in winter so by summer you're healed and ready to tan with your new body!

Good luck!

Hey chopemoff, thanks for the info and advice  :D
I also have minimal chestfat so i thought lipo would not be necessary, but after reading your post i think it does help to scult the chest a bit.

What got me worried is that a lot of members on this site were saying that guys with minimal chestfat and mainly the big puffed out nipples being the problem are usually left unsatisfied after the operation. After seeing your results, i think this is not true.

Would you say that Fielding is very good at correcting the problem of big puffed out nipples, and not just getting rid of fat?

I plan on going in for a consult before the end of this year, and hopefully getting the operation by februrary or so. :)

Now those are EXCELLENT results! Please tell me more info on this Doctor. I figured such a procedure would cost in the 4k - 6k range. I guess that is for very server cases. My chest looks very similar to yours in the way you were affected with gyno.

Your results made my day! Thanks man!!!

Do you have to be Canadian to get that ridiculously low price?

Well I removed my tensor completely and have spent the last two days compression free as per Fielding's recommendations.

Here's the link to my latest photo update: http://s114.photobucket.com/albums/n250/chopemoff/3%20Weeks%20Post-Op/

I have definitely experienced some swelling, scar tissue has also formed quickly without the tensor constantly there. I've been massaging daily (2 to 3 times x 5 mins) and it definitely seems to help with the scar tissue. Not really worried about that as scar tissue is minimal.

Even with this amount of swelling I'm still happy with the way my chest looks, the super tight T's will have to wait a few weeks til swelling comes down, but I'd still wear em.

Nipples are *slightly* pushed out, but clearly this is swelling that will go down. Nipple scars are healing very well and are imperceptible unless you stick your face right up in em ;)

Will keep tabs on how fast the swelling goes away.

As for working out....

During the 3rd week (start of 2nd week post) I hit the gym, doing moderate to intense cardio. I worked my legs lightly, then more intensely.

Midway thru the 3rd week (18 days post) I started doing introductory light upper body lifting. Tris, Bi's, SHoulders, Traps, Back, Abs. I was lifting about 60-70% of my usual volumes and weight.

I've been focusing on form and have not done ANY chest exercises. My physique has not taken long to return, and when I start lifting 80-100% after the one-month post-op mark I know it will be quick.

I have started taking hydroxycut along with hitting the gym 6 days a week to get rid of the post-op-sedentary bodyfat gains. I think this will also help with swelling.

It feels REALLY good to work out after being so inactive for 2 weeks. It also feels as though I'm actually working toward something great now instead of just getting ripped up just to still see the damn puffties staring back at me. Can't wait til I start working my chest. Will begin that at the 4 week mark and go about 50-60% of normal.

Overall, I'm still happy with my chest even in this semi-swelled state, and spent my first time in a hottub without giving a crap yesterday night and it felt GREAT!!!

Cheers!

This is what was exactly on my mind as well.  My PS using the latest technologies, and is internationally/nationally known, wants $8000 for lipo and excision.  Once again, using the latest technology and it covers all the post-op appointments and treatments as well.

:'( ???

That's the beauty of Canadians spending our money on healthcare and not war :)

I truthfully don't know anything about the American HMO, Medicaid etc systems, so I couldn't tell ya.

To receive that price with Dr. Fielding though, you must be Canadian and under the Canadian healthcare system.
