Ive lost a lot of weight, and am wondering if I could tone my chest to at least make it look a little better. I want to get down to about 10% BF by the end of winter, so cardio and upperbody excersises are all I do almost every day, as well as eat clean.

yes you have what i'd say is 6/10 gyne. I wouldnt suggest surgery just yet as there seems to be excess skin from your weight loss.  Start hitting the gym on some pec-excersises and see if that helps out.  Be careful not to build muscle in the area, but to tone it, or it could excasserbate the condition.

Once you've dont that, IF there are no improvements, I'd say go for surgery.

Surgery should fix that for sure. Don't waste your time trying to work out. This should be an easy fix.

I don't think working out would be "wasting my time". It could only help, I think if I could tone some things around the area I could live with it, rather than pay the quoted 3500 up here in new england. College expenses are obviously more important.

Maybe surgery in a couple years.

Follow what you think is the best course.Speaking from experience you can cut that chest area down with excercise and diet.I'm not saying become a marathon runner but I was doing running, biking, and weights (Not to bulk up,to tone) 6 days a week for about five months to reshape my body.Just thought you'd like to know.
