Puffy niples... Is this gyno?

Im 22 years old, about 5ft 8 and 139 pounds. Im very light but im not very lean, i have some decent amount of fat around my waist. My question is, do i have gyno, or the puffiness might be due to stored fat that can come away if i get more lean. I have that puffiness since puberty but then i had more fat. Now i workout a little bit and my body composition has changed to a degree. When im cold, having a shower, swimming, my nipples become normal and arent puffy. I dont sense anything hard underneath them as well.

Im not realy thinking of having surgery, as my case is not severe. I just want to know is thats gyno or not.

Depends on how you look at it. If you go to a surgeon and they tell you you have minor gyne than I guess he says you do. I've had gyne for 25 years. I think all men have a little tissue in the chest. Yours looks natural. Anyway from my vantage point I would say no. You look totally normal. Its all in the way you perceive things.

Lean body with just a sniff of extra tissue just below the areola.

Only you can decide if you can live with it or not.  If you cannot absolutely live with it, then absolutely see an experienced gyne surgeon for the best possible results.

If I were you, I would live with it.
