As you can see from the pictures, my nipples are quite large and weird and it has been disturbing me since I was 13.
My family doctor said its not gyno as there's not anything hard inside them. "Your nipples just happen to be that way" -she said.
When I'm cold they shrink to a more normal looking size, not totally normal looking though.

I've never really considered surgery, but maybe dropping bodyfat % would help?

Im soon gonna try this Gaspari nutrition product, Novedex XT which is an anti-estrogen. It is marketed as an testosterone booster for bodybuilding but its users have rather reported loss of fat and body becoming tighter. In any case, would anyone be interested if I'd put reports about its effects when I start to use it?

I can't quite tell what your chest looks like from the pics you posted. (You might try posting a front shot (arms down), and a couple of side shots, like the ones you see others have posted.

That said, IMHO, I don't think any supplements are going to change your chest contours in a way that you like. A plastic surgeon, who routinely works on men's chests, can best outline your options. A primary care doc is going to looking at your chest from a more medical perspective, not a cosmetic perspective.

Bottom line, if your are happy enough with the way you look, leave it at that.

Any sort of "female looking" tissue on a male chest is considered gynecomastia.

Will yours disappear if you drop your body fat %? The only way to find out is to start losing weight.

Supplements are not the answer - change your diet and exercise, it's really that simple. If you do that and you're still not pleased with your contour then consult an experienced gynecomastia surgeon.

There are no quick fixes here. Either put in the work or don't. "Nutrition products" are just going to waste your money...
