Severity of my gyne (see pics)

I know I need to take better photos but these are a start. When my wife returns from overseas, I will have her take proper photos to evaluate my condition. I will post these later. For now, please give me a general idea of what I am facing to reduce my breasts.  

Me: 49 years old, gyne since 16 yrs old brought on by rapid weight gain.

It looks like you have a lot of gland, best thing to do is look up a surgeon in your area and book a consultation. They will be able to fill you in on everything and schedule a surgery date as soon as possible.

You do appear to have a relatively severe case of gyne.  You might want to post this in the "Ask a Doctor" section, as that's really who should be answering your questions about the kind of surgery you're needing.
