Two years post OP
I'm a bit unsure of my results I feel like there is still some tissue/fat around my chest. What do u think?
I'm also willing to do some chest workouts.. what exersices would you recommend?

Hi

Who was your doc? Did you had all your areolas removed and placed back? They dosent look to cosmetic in my eyes.

Pics not too good difficult to tell, looks like they cut all the way around the areola? A lot of scarring looks like. I think it is better to focus on exercise now, heavy weights, full body so you develop well.
