I am Noel Rovers. 21 yr old. 65 kg weight. I have been suffering from gynecomastia or pesudogynecomastia since last 6 yrs. Please see the attachments below and suggest your opinion whether my condition is that of gynecomastia or simply fatty chest. Thanking you in advance.

You are slender and have had this condition for over 6 years.  No amount of additional weight loss or exercise will get rid of it, nor will waiting additional years make a difference.

I do not use the term pseudo-gynecomastia.  All gynecomastia has fat and breast tissue in some ratio.  The composition is not important -- the mere fact that there is excess tissue on your chest constitutes gynecomastia.

You would require surgery to achieve a flat and contoured chest.  You can temporize by wearing compression garments.  If you decide upon surgery, then do your homework and find the best plastic surgeon near you who has demonstrated interest and expertise in gyne surgery.
