yeah, about a 2.5, enough to make a guy unhappy.  nip looks kind of developed but might recede a little with an excision op.

With most shirts it is noticable even with an undershirt. It used to bother me a lot, but over time I've learned to deal with it a lot easier. I talked to my parents about getting surgery and luckily they understand and will help out. I just don't know when to get it because my hockey season isn't over yet and I don't know if I could not work out for 4 weeks lol...

Bro, if you get the op, make sure you talk to your PS about areola and nipple reduction. I had same case as you, I had excison and lipo but still my nips were puffed like yours. I saw a 2nd PS and I am having the correct procedure. Good luck!!
