Today I reached a milestone.

In 2019 one of the first set of bras i purchased were a nice set of padded and somewhat heavy bras (sports y back) that worked well for the past 6 years.  This morning, I put one of them on and discovered that it was now too small. The girls were so tightly compressed down, that the "squished" sensation was quite high. One would figure that it would have gotten looser, but not this one.  The cups art now too small.

This is a fascinating change.

Good or bad is perspective.  Knowing you, as little as I do,  it's okay.
Your trying to figure things out and that's good for you.

I'm of the the age, retired, that if it's not going to kill me I don't care.  I'm living life and enjoying it.

I know the feeling. Lost a bunch of weight almost 50lb. and they got proportionally larger. I lost the fat around them...they may have grown a little. New bras needed as dropping 2-3 band sizes the old ones no longer provide much support. Good thing is I'm now in a more common size range with more and nicer choices.
