I started noticing a change in my early 30's as I put on the pounds the gynecomastia grew was later dx with klinefelter syndrome in 2000 at the age of 43 RA in 01 and graves disease in 99 I feel at times that I have been hit by a grand slam also OA in 02

Whoa!  When it rains it pours.  Your story is a great example of why gynecomastia sufferers ought to get some kind of hormonal work-up or physical before doing the surgery thing.

I found that my severe knee pain went away when I got my T level up over 500.  That is a range of 300 to 800.

I could not walk with out pain & a cane.

I was able to quit the daily dose of OA meds.

Now no knee pain & the cane is put away.
