Tshirt for birthday

My sister gave me a really cool hoodie and tshirt for my birthday, the tshirt is real nice and I'd love to be able to wear it but I know I can't  It was really nice of her, she knows the exact stuff I likes, the hoodie is brilliant and I love the tshirt, just no one knows why I won't be seen out in the tshirt. 

I am going to wear this tshirt the first time I go out after surgery I think.
