I came across this earlier today. Tried it and it is pretty close.
 

Interesting, this one gets the band about right for me at a 40 band size which is slightly on the large size but closer than most calculators that insist on adding 4 inches to my band size but for cup size it has me as an FF when my most comfortable bra is a 38DD.  See my pic on  http://www.gynecomastia.org/smf/index.php?topic=31004.0.  I do have a bra size 40D that fits well too.

I ordered a new bra from the Beautique that I get mine from, the same bra style that I've been wearing and pictured here in the forum! I think I need the next size bigger cups! The new bra came today, tried it on and the cups seem to small!  The bra looks like to old ones, but when it's on the cups just don't fit, so I called my sales lady and I'll probably go in on Friday to have a new fitting, to check it out. Damn, the last thing I need is to go to bigger cup size.

I had Debbie and my youngest daughter check out the fit of the new bra, and they said it was just fine! It was tighter and my breast stood out straighter because my old bras were just getting old! At $69.00 each I'll wait awhile before getting more new bras, I'll just let my boobs lay low a little, lol.

Great, if anyone else can report how well the calculator works it would be interesting to have a useful and easy to use on-line tool for a change.

I tried the new calculator, but I don't think it worked as well for me.  Maybe I messed up the measurements.  It said I need a 44C, but I don't think I project enough to fill a C cup, and I think a 44 band might feel sort of loose.  I have a 40B Bali bra that the band feels slightly loose and the cups definitely have a little extra room in them.  This same bra in a 38B fits great in the cups, but I have to use an extender to get it to go around me.  Perhaps there is too much of me under my arms instead of in my breasts and it is throwing off the measurements.

Do you wear an underwire or a soft  cup bra. If you're not wearing an underwire, you may want to try one. 

I wear a 36G in most of my bras. I  prefer an underwire with a molded cup. Wearing an underwire allows me to "swoop and scoop " meaning I take any side boob that I have and move it into the cup. This benefits me in 2 ways. My entire breast gets supported in the cup and my side boob is m9v3d away from  under my arms which is much more comfortable. It does add to my overall projection but I don't mind.

As a suggestion certain types of push-up bras actually push the underarm tissue towards the center of the bra without too much additional projection. These are almost always underwire with wide side panels (10 to 13cm), typically 3 and sometimes 4 hooks wide in the back.

You will have to look at a molded cup bra and the type of push-up pad it has. The pad should extend from the center bottom up along the sides. When you see one it is obvious what the manufactures intent is.  

They are surprisingly comfortable.

Chesty: I have to agree with you on the chart. Something just does not set right. It has me as a 46DD and I fit a 46B very nicely. I wish they made a 45C, that would fit me great. I still cannot find a bra that has the center panel fit against my chest. They all seem to sit too far out. I wonder if I am getting too small of a cup size? Any advice would be appreciated.

I find the bra calculators dont work for guys. Our chests are built differently and our boobs are further apart.

Again I agree, the issue is that the primary market for bras is women therefor the sizing tools are for them.

That is not likely to change anytime soon.

Chesty, the best suggestion is to try different band/cup combinations as well as extenders. Sometimes a smaller cup is on a smaller band, so add an extender.

Turns out I have been getting too small a bra which is pushing breast tissue to the side. I tried to correct this by getting a larger band which did not fit well. I should stick with the old band size but go to a bigger cup and let the breast tissue come back to where it belongs even if it does make me look larger. Comfort is better than aggravation and constant bra adjustments. Besides, they are my boobs and my girlfriend thinks I look good with them, which really does not matter since I am attached to them permanently! Zei gezunt (be well)!

Depending on the cup size,  you may want to stick with a manufacturer that makes wider cups. Brands like Freya, Curvy Kate, Elomi, and Panache all make great choices for this depending on the cup and band size you're looking for.
