I would never have admitted this a year ago... but now....  I kind of welcome the moderate projections when they occur.  Of course, not being a 'G' cup helps.  Darker clothing with little or no pattern seems to 'project' less, but  A seatbelt shoulder strap passing between my little hills doesn't bother me in the least - even when on amusement park rides.  I believe it is all about what we consider 'normal.'

The more we try to hide them, the more they make their presence known.

I would have to agree with you.  I'm only a C cup but do enjoy having a bit show from time to time.  Just knowing they are there, real and natures gift and its way of helping me evolve into the best me I can be.

This is a good and healthy way to feel about them, "nature's gift." 
I'm finally starting to realize this in adulthood. When you're a young man being teased about your chest and made to feel ashamed, it's hard to see your own breasts as anything but a burden. But they're part of my body, whether I like it or not. And the fact is they look a lot nicer in an attractive bra. So whenever I put mine on, I look at my boobs in the mirror and admire them for a bit. If I feel good about them, it doesn't matter as much what others think.

I don't think about them as a general rule.  I just live my life and accept the fact that some body movements are going to feel a little different.  I notice that walking is a little different (improved posture) and reaching above my head requires a little more attention to detail ..else.. some major adjustments have to be made after the movement.

(Try to keep the upward motion of the upper arm to a minimum - given the circumstances- or the band tends to ride up a bit.)

I find that the more someone tries to hide something, the more visible it becomes.  Act like nothing is different, and people will believe it.

Acceptance of my full 36B breasts has gotten to the point where in summer I dress normally with a sleeveless tank top out shopping or with my GF. 

Not a spaghetti strap type mind you just the typical tank no bra especially since my preferences in a bra are pretty fem/frilly/lacy/floral types :-) 

I don't think I'll ever wear a bra alone with a tank top out shopping but I do with a button down shirt as a cover up.

At a 34C I’m still small enough where they mask well due to my body type of being athletic and fairly muscular. Contrary to lower pole roundness and projection that is clearly not male but not profoundly female. I simply don’t mind anymore. Some shirts they show much more visibly than others. And contour or projection is much worse on some days than others it feels. But I work in my yard topless or in a loose tank top due to summer weather hitting. Cut grass in a tank top that is a woman’s cut for comfort and go without a shirt at pools. I can feel my chest jiggle with any level of movement and they are constantly in my way that adds emphasis to cleavage when crossing arm or arms for any reason. I’ve come to accept that my chest is no longer male. Density, shape and feel is not muscle or fat. I feel once you accept what they are he acknowledge them as such the concern of them goes away quickly. I stay modest but don’t care if others see them as I see them anymore.

There is no such thing as a bad pair of breasts. If you have them you should be proud of them.

Agreed. And honestly, what an absolute privilege it is to be able to have them. I feel it has helped me understand women on a very different level. They have their curse of sorts but what a gift nonetheless.

With this summer heat and my low tolerance with heat now, I have started going braless more and more in public wearing just a t-shirt. You should see the looks I get😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣.
With the high beams on 24/7 I’m in full view and really don’t care anymore. I just want to be comfortable. And the fact I have a androgynous look, it can get comical.

Can't imagine going braless. Even more so in the heat as the boob sweat is exacerbated being braless.

To minimise my nipple display this summer I have been wearing bras with padded cups. Unfortunately I do find these a lot more sweaty than my usual lace bras. I might try pasties instead.  Any advice how to stay comfortable in this heat?

For me an unlined bra, specifically a mesh type conceals the nips sufficiently and the material breathes.

Same. I felt a mesh bra would be more revealing but I have found a brand on Amazon I really enjoy that is very breathable in these temps that have soared here and very comfortable and covers me well in showing through

Last week it was in the 90's and 100's so I went bra less when I could.   My only complaint was in and out of A/C.  Lets just say I had two pointers leading the way.  Otherwise it's a lacy unlined bra for sure.

Even in the hot weather my headlights are on high beams. I tried nipples covers but they give me a cone looking weird thing going on. Really looked bad. My wife just laughed and said no way. 
This is me in my boob smashing bralette but my nipples still show through a tshirt or polo.
Ah living with boobs…what a challenge

Your boobs look amazing in that bra man. Idk about smashing but it’s clearly full. I find the high beams are always on just a matter of if those driving toward us see them lol
