hey roof how are you doing?i think the best thing you can do now is to to excision surgery dont worry pare masosolve din yan i know how you feel marami dito sten nag intay ng matagal to get rid of it so it takes time pare think positive okies we are here to support you basta kausapin mo lng mabuti si doc ben im sure you can fix it with him,3 mos and half pos op na ko pare and im happy sa result nakakapag fit shirt na ko now medyo nagkaron ng crater pero di naman masyado halata.goodluck roof im sure maayos din yan problem mo.

hello, update on my progress:
had incision last tuesday, apr 19.
i havnt seen the results yet.. the glands removed were small.. size ng maliit na hersheys

nagulat ako ng nakita ko, sabi ko ang liit.. then inexplain ni doc na lumiliit yung gland kapag tinanggal dahil nadedehydrate siya.. so as of now hindi ko sure ano ung magiging result ko and if this will be my last surgery, but my fingers are crossed.

about the surgery, the procedure took about 50 minutes, though it felt shorter. no pain at all compared to last time na lipo. no muscle soreness or only very slight restriction of movement in my arms/chest. not feeling weak after surgery, compared to 2-3 days recovery from lipo.

will post pictures soon, also need to download drivers for my cellphone. ayaw madetect ng pc.
in the meantime, ill just describe my chest.. ung chest ko kase protruded talaga siya, parang meron pa siyang taba/fibrous tissue.. hindi katulad ng mga tao na flat talaga ung chest or katulad ng dscription ni sadgyneguy "flat as a board". i think even after these 2 surgeries, meron pa din akong chest fat.. kaso lang ngayon hindi na pointed ung nipples..

i just went to the store to buy food, i took out my compression for 5 minutes.. at first, it was flat but by the time i got back to the store after 5 minutes, it was back to before. (the nipples were no longer pointed out but the fat was still there) i think i should have told the doc to specifically give me lipo again..i thought that a combination of fat and gland would come out but i think only gland was removed. ill write more updates over the next few days as i observe the results

Hello sirs, I'm planning to undergo surgery on last week of this month.  I have already contacted Dr. Herbosa by email.  Do u think guys Doc Ben wud accept a downpayment say 30k and the balance will be paid a month after?  Mejo tight ng konti sa budget but I really want to get this done the soonest.  I will issue a promisory note if so requires..  Knowing you pips have already met him that's y i asked this question.

welcome aboard braless and thanks! i think the installment is ok with the doc, pero parang nabasa ko din lang sa ibang post, no actual first hand experience. ako, i paid half during the surgery and the other half the next week nung tinangal ung tahi.

The 2nd pic, i'm leaning forward a bit. My PS doesn't think my chest has any problem and did not think I needed revision surgery.. but im still not happy with the results because my chest still protrudes noticeably wearing a tshirt.
ill wait and see how my chest develops over the next few days and weeks.. sana mag improve pa   if not I'm still open about having a 3rd surgery.

what do u guys think?

Di kaya swelling lang? Nakita ko kanina umaga yung akin, flat sya. Medyo may pasa lang ako coz of lipo. Konti lang din ung fat na nakuha sa kin through excision. I had lipo and excision done.

thanks chappu. good luck on ur surgery. for me, the procedure was a breeze, surgery isn't as bad as it looks on tv. Smiley

i guess the advice i can give from my experience (if it applies to u) is: tell the doc what kind of chest you want.. sometimes, the doctors' ideal outcome of your chest may not be what you had in mind and you both might not be on the same page


i work out and do a lot of cardio.. but my belly and chest are trouble areas, stubborn fat that got stuck. my weight is actually 135 and my height is 5'8. so, that's pretty low already but i still have alot of chest fat. these pics are relaxed, not flexing. if im flexing my chest, i can sort of hide the gyne now with this new chest, but if it's relaxed i still look like i have alot of chest fat. right now i can still drop my bodyfat, which may not be that easy, but ill see how the results will turn up with that plan...

but, say, if i slack off.. or i get a bit older.. my chest will probably put on alot of fat just the same.. and if i didn't put myself in super good shape, then i'd still look bad. getting out of shape is inevitable eventually.. so i think another lipo will really be needed.. maybe not right now but in the near future hopefully.. this time though i'm probably gonna buy a good compression vest to reduce the hassles.. if its the 3rd time around, i wouldn't wanna go through not having a good compression vest once more.  

well i dont have the final results yet so my fingers are still crossed. it looks great right after taking out the compression.. i wish it could stay that way.

@ Ashamed, the gyne removed was only at the tip of the chest. the fat you see in the upper chest was lipo'd 4 months and 11 days ago. it was worse before that.. i dont have any before pics at the moment though. the tip of the chest may be swelling still in that photo. i hope it goes down

my goal is to be able to have good posture in daily life, sports, everything.. and i Need to be able to make my back straight, chest out but doing this makes my chest fat/gyne more obvious.

Roap, do you experience bruising after the lipo on your last lipo procedures you went through? I had bruise on my upper arm. Until now im putting ice pack on it.

yes, maraming bruising, all yellow ung color, no violets. upper arm, layo ng inabot ha  . also now with my gland incision im also having slight bruising around the area.

Medyo mahigpit ung elastic bandage kasi. Parang di nakflow ng maayos yung dugo sa right arm ko. I have black, red and violet bruises. Mostly on right part. On my left is fine enough.

u still have it kuya.. ung sakin namaga nag yellow ung paligid pero flat na e as in flat na flat na parang lamesa..may umbok man konti pero manly na tignan as in whole na sya parang sa lalake na..I will get my pics na dis coming week i will go to doc benny for final observation and for the final pics of my chest..then i will ask him to email it to me ^^
