3 plastic surgeons in my area have said I do not need surgery as my glands are not big enough to remove and I would risk complications like crater deformity. I had a mammogram done which confirmed it is gynecomstia. Do you think I would benefit from surgery or am I risking too much having it done right now? I’ve experienced all of the symptoms guys talk about - dull pain itchy burning sensations although they are not that debilitating. I’m nervous it will continue to grow as I feel like I have much more fat on my chest than I did a couple years ago especially toward my armpit. I think this is from supplements taken a few years ago from gnc and is now presenting as gyno (not steroid)
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I would see a gynecomastia expert. These surgeons have the knowlege and skill to prvent a crater deformity. If you gynecomastia bothers you it can be successfully treated.
