Post surgery crater

So I am almost at the 6 month mark and I am going to schedule consultations with some of the more well known surgeons in the LA area, such as Dr. Kapoor, Dr. Cruise, as well as Dr. Teitelbaum to see what they say they can do for me.  I'm updating the pictures and was wondering what you Dr.'s would suggest for surgery, and if you think I am a good candidate for a revision.  My main concern is the left side in which the nipple seems to be even more puffy than it was before the surgery accompanied by a wide area of uneven tissue.  However, I feel like the right side still has a pretty big lump under it which is noticeable on movement and could use some reduction as well.

So I met with a few doctor's and settled with the one that described exactly what bothered me the most about my previous surgery.  The plan is to remove the residual glad/scar tissue on both sides.  On the left he plans on going in a trying a flat flap however due to my lack of fat he is predicting liposuction of the upper area through the armpit(so he doesn't lipo the already depressed area)along with some fat grafting as he see's fit once the gland is removed and upper area is reduced.  He is very optimistic that the results will be improve but I will probably have to live with some contour irregularities upon flexing. Once I find a good time to have the surgery I will keep this thread updated and I may post in the revision section as well.

I'm 9 months out of my revision surgery and it went pretty well. Couldn't be happier with the contour of my right side, the scar is still discolored and raised but not visible from more than a few feet away.  The left side is also much improved but the indentation above the areola is still visible, and the nipple is still a little puffy.  It doesn't seem like there is anything under it though.  Overall I'm pretty happy, but if there is anything I could do to even out the left side I'm all ears.
