I had surgery approximately 3 months ago and wore the vest for around 6 weeks post op.
The results were not what I was after and would like an honest opinion on what I can do moving forward.
It feels like there is still tissue on the right nipple.
What would be the next steps in order to correct these deformities?
Thanks

You have bilateral crater deformities with some surrounding areas of residual tissue (fat/gland).

Best is to wait another 3 months or more for things to soften and settle down.  Then return to your surgeon to discuss the issues and ask him if he can fix things.  Would also recommend getting a second opinion from an expert in gyne surgery in your area -- or consider traveling for such expertise.
