Will Cannabis use effect my General Anesthesia

Hello, that last time I smoked cannibas was the day of pre-op. (7 days ago)   Even then I smoked very little.  (1 hit).  Will this effect my General Anesthesia?  I have read on here an other places that patients have smoked up to a couple of days before surgery.  I know before when I went to the dentist the Novocaine was back then.

This shouldn't impact your surgery, but if you're a regular user of drugs or alcohol, your anesthetic requirements may be a bit higher during the procedure.  Moderate occasional use will probably have no impact.

I would second Dr. Silverman's comments,in my experience you should not have a problem .
