THE CREASE WAS THERE THE 1ST DAY AFTER SURGERY AND AT THAT POINT THE DR SAID IT WILL GO AWAY,6 WEEKS LAYER AFTER REMOVING THE VEST REAPPEARED AND HAS NOT CHANGED SINCE.I DON'T THINK IT'S SCAR TISSUE BECAUCE IT SEEMA TO BE EMPTY AND WHEN I MASSAGE IT ALL I FEEL IS BONE.

Braveboy, I am about 4 months post-op and the swelling has almost all but disappeared.  I don't massage much anymore, after a few days, starts getting sore, but after a 15 min massage with Arnica, feels better for days.  I had some really hard ridges as I wrote in older posts but they have all subsided.  There are still some hard areas that Lista told me were there bc he focused more on.  Even those are less hard then they used to be. 

I hope your "ridge" goes down in time with massaging.  I'm surprised Lista can't explain what it is or has any suggestions.  Good luck.

Im 11 weeks I think, still have hard lumps and linear 'tubes' (feel like straws) in both - on the left behind and to the side of nipple which makes it puff out and look like shit, and on my right - above the nip giving me the appearance of more upper muscle on that side.  hardly any sensation still, the silicone sheets are a pain in the ass, and im still massaging 3 times a day (for what purpose i have no idea).  still havent made my 3 month later appointment...waiting on a few things...

I found that if I cut the silicon bandage into 6mm x 6mm square, just covering the incision scar, it stays on the best.  My breasts have feeling but are sore now.  Seems like when I go for days without massaging, then rigorously massage for 15min, it feels better but leaves nipple area sore for days.  I massage maybe 3 days a week for 15min each time.  If someone visits Lista please ask what ramifications there are for not massaging.

whatever 6 mm is....i take one whole sheet, and you know how each sheet has a perforated line down the middle?  i take one half of the whole sheet, and cut into 4 equal pieces...probably 6 mm...they still require tape to hold on for me...and i shave off the hairs where the sheet goes too...just another pain in the ass reminder that ive had this thing done...oh and my overdrawn credit line

standing with them on is no problem..its when you sit, move around, put ur arms up over your head for stuff...then i look and theyre 2 inches below my breasts...

stil a big lump behind left nip, looks like shit, right side has small hardness still to side of nip...

how are your incisions healing have you guys noticed any change since useing the sheets?Mine are doing ok the right one is just a thin slit looking good the left one also has a thin slit with a piece of skin that is missing so alot more noticable.overall the results still suck,i can't remember but does gland hurt when you press down on it or can u push on it with out any pain??

im wearing the silicone 12 hrs a day then i take it off.  no real improvement yet, its been two weeks maybe using it.  completely healed, almost smoothed over, but still a different colour...not red, but dark pinkish maybe. 

i cant remember if pushing in on gland hurt or not...dont think so....

i know on day one post op, i had no gland there, but now i have scar shit there...just one more place that things arent going right
