Pete ,how are you feeling about the results, are you happy at this point ?I'm still a mess left still larger than right and the crease appeared on my right side that i had in the first week,i think because i'm not wearing the vest anymore. My chest is still sore and i think swallon.I also use a messager because my fingers ans thumbs are too sore to do anymore wassaging i'm massaging 15min a side 3 times a day.Maybe that is too much which would explain why i'm still swallon and sore. What were you thinking of not checking out the TARTS.

if i dont massage, it looks fairly good...as soon as  i massage, albeit i've shortened the sessions now to five minutes max three times a day, we'll see what happens to the swollen mess.  when its swollen, im not happy at all. ya i must be on crack not to have at least looked at the talent.

ill be 9 weeks this thursday.  got silicone sheets today at shoppers (sale price $31), as lista had said thats better than the gel i bought...still have swelling, some hard spots, overall not happy with my look, yes its flatter, bla bla bla, but at this point i think more could have been taken out.  this is so gay the progress...i know i have more to go...i hope

are you guys 'washing' the cut piece of silicone sheet every day, or are you just putting on a new little piece?  how many times a day are you either cleaning this little piece of sheet, or replacing it???  seems stupid to be cleaning such a little piece of fabric...

I'm using silicon bandages, that are about 1"x2", which is why I cut a strip off them to just cover the incision scar.  I change it every day although the package says change every few days.  Lista highly recommends they stay on all the time.  The silicon allows the wound to breathe so no reason to remove it.

I am finding I'm too busy to be massaging.  I try to massage once a day for 15 minutes.  If I go without for few days, they get swollen, sore and hard.  After massaging I feel better.

I don't feel like massaging every day. Does anyone know what happens if you don't massage at this point?  Can you do permanent damage or affect the look of the outcome?

ya i cut a little piece (that covers the entire scar), and im gonna replace it once a day with a new little piece...screw washing a little piece of bandaid...seems pointless, and with the amount that comes in the box, we should be fine...i have to use tape though to keep it on.    i massage as told by lista, three times a day, but i know what u mean about not having time...my wife is always saying 'thats all you do'...not sure if going without doing it is bad or not, but im not gonna NOT massage to find out it could have been better if i had just done the damn massaging....

I also bought the silcone patches and i change them every  3rd day.Washing not only cleans the patch but it also helps wiyh it sticking as if it is new.Guys my results are terrible left still huge and the right one has a crease below the nipple.

why dont you just cut a small piece and replace them each day...easier than washing and drying them..no?

I cut strips about 7mm x 15mm of silcon bandage and change every day or so or when they fall off.  If you bought the $45 package from Shoppers, this should last you months and months.  I don't understand what you mean by washing and drying them.  Sometimes the bandages peel off under clothing if not fresh.  If this happens I just cut another strip and apply.

If anyone meeting Lista soon, please ask what happens if you don't massage regularly.  If permanent damge or if affects final outcome.  Thanks

the instructions are on the box and theres also a paper instruction booklet inside.  i have the same ones u do - polysporin.  in the instructions, its really referring to putting the WHOLE sheet on, and wearing that same sheet for 3-4 days.  they say that for each of those 3-4 days, while wearing the same sheet, to wash it daily, dry it, then put it back on.  then after 3-4 days, replacing with a brand new sheet.  but since we're cutting the sheet into small pieces, like they say you can do, theres no point washing the tiny piece....i just wear a piece for as much of 24 hours that i can, then replace with a new one.  i need tape to hold them in place, right from the start though.

i cut the piece in half ,then i cut each half again so now i have 4 equal pieces.I use 1 piece on each scar.Becareful not to cut too small should cover pass the scar,Ifind it sticks better when i put it on facing east to west, when i put it on up and down doesn't stick as well.washing i find lets it stick better.i just wet it and rub with fingers for 3 seconds ,shake off excess water and reapply then i pat dry with a towel .takes 1 minute.

ya, but i think we'll be ok without having to wash them at all, and just throwing the little pieces out daily...if each piece is used for one day, then one sheet should last for 6 days...thats double what one sheet is figured to last for according to the packaging.
