Massaged for an hour tonight gonna keep up with it and do at least half an hour every night now. Delighted with the way my chest is looking tbh apart from the slight uneveness, only got a week and half left of wearing the vests now. Can't wait to get back in the gym.

Just reading through the thread and i noticed i never gave the overall cost so here it is:

Operation - excision and lipo (includes op, anaesthesia, compression vest, 1 night stay at clinic and aftercare): £1530
Hotel 6 nights: £354 (there are cheaper hotels)
Ultrasound: £35
Blood tests: £24
Airport transfers, total cost: £37
Medication: £35
Flights: £30 each way
Taxis: Around £20
Food: Less than £10 per day

I changed £200 of English into Polish zlotty for money for food, taxis, medication etc and i came back with around £80 so didn't spend much at all.
I would estimate the total spend was around £2200.

Hi guys,

Over 6 weeks post op now so no need to wear the compression vest anymore :D although i am still wearing it at night, i don't wear it at all during the day. I don't need to wear it during the night i just feel like it's helping me with scar tissue. I have a fair bit under my nipples which i am massaging on a daily basis now and it does help. I just do it when i am sitting watching tv etc and about half an hour each side. The incision scars are healing up nicely and i haven't even used anything to help reduce them, the lipo incision scars are still quite visible though but i have heard that these take longer to fade away. Will pop into chemist next week and see if there is anything that can help to make them fade away. Going to start the gym next week, really can't wait. I have been so lazy since i got back from Poland and have put a bit of weight back on but i just can't wait to get back in the gym now and get back in shape.

My girlfriend and i am going on holiday in September too, this is something i wouldn't even consider when i had gyne so this will be our first time on holiday together :) i'm really looking forward to it and can't wait to take my top off in the sun. Once the lipo incision scars start to fade a little we are going to start swimming regularly, this is definitley something i have been missing while iv'e had the gyne.

Overall i am extremely happy with the results of the surgery, it really has changed my life there is no way i would go on holiday or swimming before but now i just can't wait to do both. It's also an amazing feeling not having to spend hours choosing clothes that will cover up the gyne :D

Now all i gotta do is shift the gut haha

Mate your results look amazing compared to mine, I still have alot of scar tissue under my nipple making one puffy and one inverted hoping this will go within the month :-\

Have you been massaging? Do you think its helped?
I noticed you have been wearing your vest for some time too i took mine off on week 2. Do you recon this made a diffrence?

Hi Jake

Yes I believe the massaging has definitely helped with the scar tissue. If I were you I would start massaging about half hour each day, I use the palm of my hand and my knuckles and am quite rough with the massage. Also I would advise wearing the vest off the clinic at night for a week or so. It certainly helps me and I'm still wearing it at night now. My right nipple is slightly inverted also and my left nipple has a lot of scar tissue at the top of the nipple that pushes it out a bit but it's not noticable at all really. Try those things I said Jake and let me know how you get on.

I'm really pleased for you mart, it looks great by the time your holiday comes im sure it will be even better.

I was a bit gutted hear about your scar tissue Jake, I read on a bodybuilding forum from a few guys that it will take-up to 1 year to completely heal and some people scar and it takes this long to even out the contours so don't get too disheartened mate.

The common thing I have read is that we shold wait at least 7 months to let it settle, and these people are perfectionists.

I couldn't believe your latest pics when comparing to your old pics mart making me excited for my op.

Looks great Mart! Thanks for the updates - keeps me sane as I wait for op day (not long now - just under two weeks!).

Do you, Jake and Mart, use the compression vests you were given at the clinic? Or did you buy others?

Thanks for the comments guys they really mean a lot.
Nufc: Thanks mate, my chest looks so much different now to how it used to. The transformation is amazing and it will be for you soon mate :)
Irishguy: Thanks mate, I bought myself an underworks compression vest off amazon for £23. I'm a size large and I got a size medium, I probably could of done with getting a size smaller so it was tighter but it did the job. I wore this one during the day as it is invisible underneath clothing. The one from the clinic is very noticable under clothing but it gives excellent compression so I wore this during the night and whenever I was just chilling at home.

Good luck with both your surgeries.

Mart.

Looks good mart :)  I'm still saving up! :(  Just wondered how does it feel a few weeks after the op?  I mean do you forget you've even had surgery? or is it always tingling/in the back of your mind?

Hi Mart,

Just a few quick q's at what stage did you start wearing the underworks vest? I'm thinking wear the vest they give me for 2 weeks then use underworks vest through the day and sleep in one they give you for a few more weeks. Does that sound about right?

Also at what stage did you start massaging mate? and finally did you notice a reduction in the diameter of your nipple area after the gland was removed?

Thanks in advance.

Ps. your high protein lower carb advice seems to be paying off with my dieting and exercise :)
