@Celts: A few weeks after the op it's still a little sore and can be swollen depending on how much lipo was needed. It's hard to explain how it feels after the surgery really, it's like a new lease of life i'll never forget i had the surgery but sometimes i forget my life with gyne :) The surgery really does change your life, i don't worry about which clothes to wear now it's an amazing feeling.

Good luck with the saving mate it's worth every penny.

@Nufc: I wore the vest the clinic provided for the first 2 weeks as much as i possibly could, I didn't wear it when i went out places as it's very visible underneath clothing so i wore my underworks vest while out etc. While i was chilling around the house though i would wear the vest provided by the clinic and would try to wear it for as often as possible during the first 2 weeks post op.
I then switched to the underworks vest after the first 2 weeks, i would wear this all the time during the day even if just chilling at home and then switch to the clinics vest for the night time. I did this up untill 6 weeks post op. Now i don't wear any vest during the day but sometimes i wear one during the night, usually the one provided by the clinic, i believe this has helped me with scar tissue. Will probably continue this for another week or so then i won't ever wear a compression vest again  ;D

I started gentle massaging around 3-4 weeks post op but i wasn't consistant with it, i would only do a little bit every other day or so. I started massaging properly around 5-6 weeks post op and have been doing around half hour everyday and being quite rough using the palm of my hand.

Yes, after the gland was removed i noticed a massive reduction in size of both areola/nipples, i would say around 50% smaller which i am delighted about as mine were quite large.

I'm glad the diet and excercise is going well mate i need to start again as i have been quite lazy since getting back from Poland lol.

Thanks for the reply mate I'll get a small vest from amazon ordered and follow your lead.

Please to hear about the shrinkage too although mine are not bad it would look bett if they shrunk a bit when it's done.

Healing still going well, still got scar tissue on both sides but massaging is helping with that. I'm still only massaging around 15 mins or so each side per day, i'm being really rough with the massage though and using my knuckles. Can't wait till it's all gone but it will in time and patience is the key here for sure.
I've put some weight on since the surgery probably around a stone or so from being sooooo lazy but i started running again this week so won't take me long to shift it. Back on the gym and doing weights from next week, want to shape my chest up nicely. Looking forward to going on holiday in september too :D

Sounds good mate, Although i read before being rough with the scar tissue really does not help it cause's even more damage, Check out The Todd he made the mistake of doing that i believe and added alot of recovery time on not off.

Been weight training for a good few week's now it doesnt hurt or didnt hurt one bit when lifting although i couldnt even lift half the weight i could previously so remember to take it easy.

The pictures arnt working for some reason?

Here is a couple of pics of the worst of the swelling/fluid build up that i had. Look at the left side and see how it made my chest stick out like i had gyne/moobs again. Then take a look at my recent pics to see that it DOES get better :)

Still massaging but the scar tissue is still there, some days it seems like it's getting better then other days it seems like it's worse. It really does drive you insane but i suppose it's just another hurdle to overcome in the recovery process. Gonna stick with the massaging for a couple more months or so then if it's still really bad then i'll go see my GP and see if he can give me those injections to remove the scar tissue. That might not be needed but at the minute it sounds a lot better and easier than massaging lol.

Updated pics will be on at the weekend.

Not updated for a while. Still have scar tissue on both sides of the chest it isn't that bad tbh but i haven't massaged at all properly for the last 2 weeks (don't know why just been lazy i guess).
Have put a bit of weight back on since the op and some has gone on my chest although not too much, started back at the gym properly now though and started cardio again so should strip the fat in no time. I'm happy with the shape of my chest, went swimming with a friend the other day and he didn't look at my chest funny or make any comments so i'm very happy. Nobody else looked either and it felt good having my top off and not worrying about my chest, this time i was actually worrying about my fat gut lol.
The incision scars are still visible on the areola but they aren't that bad at all, also the lipo incision scars are still visible ut again not too bad. Have been meaning to get some scar syrum or something to help fade the scars but haven't got round to it yet.
All in all i'm very happy with the way i'm healing so far. I'm at work allday tomorrow so i'll definitley take some pics on thursday and post them up.
