Depends on the age / healing ability / surgery / pre op case of the patient. As the case becomes more major, tightening issues will get larger.

However, I don't really see Bambu having much loose skin. I just think that's the skin on his back and sides slouching against a chair.

I would have done anything to sit in my backyard with my shirt off over the last few days of this heat wave.  Good stuff Bambu.  

Let me ask you; what was it like to take your shirt off for the first time in the open (I'm assuming yesterday was the first time)?   We're you at all apprehensive?  I know you've had gyne for some time so it might have been a bit weird for you.

All you need is a hot chick in a bikini on each side of you and it's the perfect pic for a beer or cigar commercial.

Are the pools open up there in Toronto yet?  When I lived in Detroit, they didn't open the pools until the middle of June.

Look at his other pics.  The guy has a huge rib cage.  His chest looks a hell of a lot better than before the surgery, but not even the most skilled surgeon will make it look perfect.

Look at his seated pics vs his standing pics.  Better yet, try this experiment.  Slouch down in a chair and see what happens to your stomach.  Assuming you have any fat at all, the skin will fold.  Then stand up and it's flat (well, other than the faint red lines from the fold).

Bambu you look fine. "Who-Ray" for surgery.  Surgery, surgery surgery is the way to go.

It's almost as if i'm eliciting a response.

congrat Bambu isnt it the best feeling in the world to sit in the backyard without the shirt. its almoust better than sex.
