I have been diagnosed with gynecomastia after a mammogram and sonogram.  It started 5 months ago and the most prominent symptoms are pain and a feeling of fullness in the left breast.  I don't have to touch the breast to feel this lump of tissue, I can just feel it while walking around.  It feels like a foreign object is inside my breast.

Doctors (or anyone else), is this a common feeling for guys with gyne, or am I unusual in this regard?  It's just a terrible feeling to walk around and feel like there's a large marble or some other object inside your breast.  It's also quite painful to the touch.

If this feeling is common for those with gynecomastia, does it ever go away?  My gyne is apparently in an "active" phase right now, hence, that's why I'm having pain and why I've noticed a sudden increase in the size of the left breast. Even the tissue in my left armpit is increased, or possibly just has more fluid in the entire area.

After gyne stabilizes, does this feeling of a foreign object being inside the breast go away, along with the pain?
