Your case is probably glandular, because you don't seem to have much overall body fat.

To try rebound XT would depend on when your gyno developed. If you recently developed this as a result of taking steroids, then yes it would probably work. However, if this is something you've had for a long time then I would just save up for surgery.

I have never used a steroid of any kind and have probably had this since about 8th grade.

If I was to take the surgery route, do you think I would need any lipo at all, or would excision be enough?  thanks.
