I think the size/extent of the gynecomastia and the length og the operation are proberly bigger factors than how naturally somone heals.

I mean if the operation takes 3-5 hours that person has obviously undergone considerable surgery, but if you had an operation that took 40 minutes say

Well you can see what I mean.

The quality of the surgeon may also make a difference, but I honestly think how fast someone heals is way down the list in terms of how long it takes to get over these things.
