Financing
Does anybody know if there's any place that finances the surgery or an insurance of some sort?

PS's sometimes offer financing options through 3rd party finance companies.  A few of them may offer in-house payment terms, but not many.  I've heard it said that insurance can possibly pay for the gyne surgery if there has been pain involved, but I haven't read a post that confirms that.

Your best bet is to save up.   ;)
