hi everyone.. its nice to be back here in the forum. September 4 is my one year anniv for my surgery .. welll anyway, i will post later some of my latest pic here. Hope you guys can help me solve my very minimal problem about my chest.

Only you can decide if your gyne is bad enough to warrant surgery. My practice specializes in Gynecomastia surgery and I see many many gyne patients per year and I would have to say your particular case is on the lower end of the spectrum. You have good skin quality and good nipple position (i.e no sag). Gynecomastia surgery, if done by an experienced plastic surgery, will predictably give you an excellent result.
